Views and view manager

After right clicking on any of the scenarios appearing in the solution explorer, a contextual menu will appear. From this menu it is possible to add new views to the corresponding scenario or to open the view manager. All views created are going to be stored as part of the project. And even if you close them, you can go to the view manager and reopen them. From the view manager you can also remove the views you do not want to use anymore.:

Using the contextual menu shown in the previous figure it is possible to add three types of views:
  • Table view
  • Geo map view
  • Technical Map view

You can add as many views as you need and place them on different monitors in case you are using more than one monitor connected to your computer. The layout of all existing views on top of the application can be fully customized. You just need to click on the header of a view and drag it to the place of your preference without releasing the click. Once the view is in the place, you can releasee the click and the view will be fixed at the selected place. The next figure shows a table view placed next to a map view. Take notice, that elements selected in the table view in this arrangement will be also shown as selected in the map view and vice versa.
